Designer Fabrics will issue a full refund including tax and shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out via our contact form for assistance with processing your return.

We understand that colors on your computer screen may differ to how they appear in person. Because of this, we advise ordering swatches to ensure you are completely happy with all color choices. Due to the nature of custom cut fabrics, we cannot accept general returns.
